Manosar D-Mannose, PAC Type A and Vitamins 30 sachets acts as a natural protector against urinary tract infections. It interferes with the adhesion of E. coli to the urethelium, blocking Fim H of type 1 fimbriae and Pap G of type P fimbriae. It also contains vitamins A, C and E and Zinc, which support the immune system. It also contains PAC Type A (cranberry), ursolic acid, as well as 100% RDI of vitamins A, C, E and Zinc, which support the immune system. D-Mannose (2000 mg) and PAC Type A (140 mg) (cranberry) act directly on urinary tract infections.
