General Terms and Conditions
- You have 10 days from receipt of the item to inform us of your decision to return it.
- The cost of returning the items will be borne by the customer.
- Once we receive the items, we will issue the refund, which will not include the initial shipping costs, if applicable.
- Items to be returned must be in perfect condition: they must not have been used and must contain all the elements (labels, packaging, etc.) included in the original shipment. Otherwise, you could be penalized up to 100% of the value of the item.
1. Send us an email
- Please email us at mcpharms@gmail.com so we can record your return.
- In the subject of the email, indicate the subject “Return” and the number of the order you wish to return (if it is a full or partial return).
- In the content of the message, specify the products you want to return.
- If your order was paid for by cash on delivery, please also include an account number to recover your money.
2. Return your item
- Please send us the item using the shipping agency of your choice. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
3. Refund of the amount
- Receiving your money may be delayed for reasons beyond MCPHARMS' control (internal management by the bank, the card company or Paypal). *Orders purchased online can also be returned in person at our Pharmacy. You can personally deliver the product you wish to return, so that it can be processed and refunded. Once our Returns Department receives the item, we will refund the amount and send you a confirmation email. Please note that the refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for your online purchase.
Do you want to change your item?
MCPHARMS does not accept exchanges. You must return the item you do not wish to use. Follow the return instructions described above and place a new order with the item you want.
