POSOLOGY:

Children up to 12 years: 20-30 mg / kg / 24 h, divided into 3-4 doses.
Children 10-12 years 30-40 kg: 15 ml 300 mg / 6-8 h. h.

Children 4-6 years 16-20 kg: 7.5 ml 150 mg / 6-8 h. h.
Children 1-3 years 10-15 kg: 5 ml 100 mg / 6-8 h. h.

Administration with food : administer together with food.

Missed dose : administer the next dose at the usual time. Do not double the next dose.
