Bruxicalm Anti-Bruxism Night Mouth Guard 1 Unit  It is a mouth guard, especially indicated for the treatment of bruxism.

Bruxism is a problem that affects between 10% and 20% of the population. It consists of the involuntary pressure of teeth against each other, causing headaches, pain in the jaw, neck and ear muscles, as well as causing wear on the teeth.

Bruxicalm Anti-Bruxism Night Mouth Guard 1 Unit  protects teeth from friction. Its use is indicated during periods or situations of stress, and/or for sleeping. It is an adaptable and anatomical protector, with less thickness and greater comfort.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

To customize the splint:

- 1. Heat water to 70º C
- 2. Immerse the splint in water for 30 seconds
- 3. Insert the splint into your mouth and close it without clenching your teeth.
- 4. Close your lips, breathe in and suck for 1 minute, using finger pressure to help.
- 5. Remove the splint from your mouth and place it in cold water for at least 20 minutes.
