Lipikar cleansing oil from La Roche Posay is a   soap free shower oil  which provides the skin with the lipids necessary for the reconstruction of the skin barrier.   Indicated for extreme dryness or skin with a tendency to atopy.  for babies, children and adults. Contains Niacinamide that helps   restore the skin barrier and soothe the feeling of tightness,  and shea butter to intensely relipidize.
