APIRETAL DROPS 30 ML

DESCRIPTION:

Treatment of mild to moderate [PAIN].

POSOLOGY:

Adults: 10 ml (400 mg)/8 h. Maximum dose 30 ml (1,200 mg)/24 h.

Children and adolescents < 18 years: 20-30 mg/kg/24 h, divided into 3-4 doses.

Adolescents from 12 years (> 40 kg): 10 ml (400 mg)/8 h.

Children 10-12 years (30-40 kg): 7.5 ml (300 mg)/6-8 h.

Children 7-9 years (21-29 kg): 5 ml (200 mg)/6-8 h.

Children 4-6 years (16-20 kg): 3.75 ml (150 mg)/6-8 h.

Children 1-3 years (10-15 kg): 2.5 ml (100 mg)/6-8 h.

Children 6-12 months (7.7-9 kg): 1.25 ml (50 mg)/6-8 h.

Children 3-6 months (5-7.6 kg): 1.25 ml (50 mg)/8 h.

Children < 3 months (< 5 kg): Safety and efficacy have not been evaluated.

Elderly: no dosage adjustment required.

Administration with food   : administer with food.

Duration of treatment   : consult your doctor and/or pharmacist if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 5 days (pain) or 3 days (fever). In the case of children between 3-5 months, it is advisable to consult a doctor within 24 hours.

Missed dose   : Take the next dose at the usual time. Do not double the next dose.
